1What’s your practice’s annual revenue?

Full Service and CFO prices scale with the size of your practice.

2How much support do you want?
The CFO plan is built for practices with $150K or more in revenue, so we’re showing the $150K to $350K price.
3Is your practice an S-corp?

S-corps need a little extra payroll and compliance work each month.

Frequently Asked Questions about Plans and Pricing

How do I choose between Foundations, Full Service, and CFO?

Start with what you want help with. Foundations keeps your books clean if you already have a tax preparer. Full Service adds a dedicated tax advisor who plans with you all year. CFO adds a monthly partner for hiring, pricing, and growth decisions. If you’re not sure, we’ll recommend one on your consult.

Why does Full Service cost more as my practice grows?

Larger practices usually have more transactions, more accounts, and more tax planning to do. Full Service is $295 per month under $150K in revenue, $375 from $150K to $350K, and $445 at $350K and up. Foundations stays $250 per month at any size.

How does tax filing work with my monthly plan?

Tax filing is an add-on you can attach to any plan: $60 per month for your personal return and $75 per month for a business return. Each additional state return is $150. If you join partway through the year, the months already passed are billed once at sign-up.

What does it cost to run an S-corp with you?

S-corp setup and election is $1,500 one time. After that, S-corp compliance is $95 per month on Full Service and CFO, and the business return is $75 per month. You also pay a payroll provider like Gusto directly. We’ll check whether an S-corp makes sense for you before you elect.

Can I switch plans or cancel later?

Yes. You can move up or down a plan as your practice changes. All plans other than CFO are month-to-month, so you can cancel when you need to. If you choose the CFO plan, your proposal spells out its terms before you sign.

What isn’t included in these prices?

Payroll provider fees, which you pay to the provider directly. Business formation, such as setting up an LLC, which a formation service or attorney handles. Personal financial planning and investments. Catch-up bookkeeping for months you’re behind is quoted in your proposal, so you see it before you commit.
